This Subscription Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the LUXINAE User Agreement and applies to users who purchase or use the paid subscription services provided by LUXINAE. By subscribing to, paying for, or using the Subscription Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, as well as the LUXINAE User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these documents, please do not subscribe to or use the Subscription Services.
2.1 The Subscription Services of LUXINAE refer to the value‑added services provided by us to Subscribers, including but not limited to: unlocking all advanced light and shadow effect templates, accessing high‑quality copyright‑free background music libraries, supporting 1080P/4K high‑definition video export, and enjoying an ad‑free editing experience. The specific content of the Subscription Services shall be subject to the description on the App's subscription page at the time of your purchase.
2.2 The Subscription Services are provided on a periodic basis, including but not limited to monthly subscription, annual subscription, etc. The specific subscription period and corresponding fees shall be subject to your selection and confirmation at the time of purchase. All fees are denominated in the currency supported by the app store where you download the App, and the payment shall be completed through the official payment channel of the app store.
3.1 We hereby explicitly reaffirm that, whether you use the free functions or the paid Subscription Services of the App, we will never collect, scan, analyze, extract, or store any facial recognition information from you in any form, including but not limited to facial features, facial biometric data, or facial images extracted from the photos/videos you shoot, import, or create.
3.2 The activation and use of Subscription Services will not change the local data processing mode of the App. All your visual content (photos, videos) and editing data are still processed and stored locally on your device only, and will not be uploaded to our servers or any third‑party platforms due to your subscription to paid services. We will not use your subscription status to collect any additional personal information beyond the necessary scope of service provision.
When you choose to subscribe to the Subscription Services, you need to follow the prompts on the App's subscription page to select the subscription period, confirm the fee, and complete the payment through the official payment channel of the app store. After the payment is successful, the Subscription Services will take effect immediately, and the validity period of the services will be calculated from the date of activation.
4.2.1 Unless you manually cancel the automatic renewal function before the end of the current subscription period, the Subscription Services will be automatically renewed at the same subscription period and fee standard as the current one. The app store will deduct the corresponding fee from your bound payment method 24 hours before the end of the current period. If the deduction fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons, the automatic renewal will be terminated, and the Subscription Services will be suspended after the current period expires.
4.2.2 You can cancel the automatic renewal function at any time through the following ways: enter the app store where you downloaded the App, find the “subscription management” page, locate the LUXINAE subscription item, and operate according to the prompts to cancel the automatic renewal. The cancellation will take effect from the next subscription period, and the already paid fees for the current period will not be refunded.
5.1 If you violate this Agreement, the LUXINAE User Agreement, or relevant national laws and regulations during the use of Subscription Services, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of Subscription Services to you without refunding the already paid fees.
5.2 You can terminate the Subscription Services by canceling the automatic renewal before the end of the current period. After the current subscription period expires, the services will be terminated automatically. You will not be able to use the value‑added functions included in the Subscription Services, but the free functions of the App will not be affected.
5.3 We reserve the right to terminate the Subscription Services in advance if we need to stop providing the services due to operational adjustments or changes in relevant laws and regulations. In such cases, we will notify you in advance through in‑app prompts or other appropriate means, and refund the corresponding remaining fees according to the unused period of your subscription.
7.1 The advanced effect templates, high‑quality background music, and other value‑added materials provided by the Subscription Services are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to use these materials only during the validity period of the subscription, and the use is limited to personal non‑commercial video creation through the App.
7.2 You shall not copy, extract, modify, spread, or use the value‑added materials provided by the Subscription Services for any other purposes beyond the scope permitted by this Agreement, otherwise you shall bear the corresponding intellectual property infringement liabilities.
8.1 We will try our best to ensure the stability and normal operation of the Subscription Services, but we do not guarantee that the services will be free from interruptions, delays, or errors caused by force majeure, network failures, device system problems, or app store payment channel failures. For any losses caused by the above circumstances, we shall not be liable.
8.2 The Subscription Services are provided based on the current function settings of the App. We reserve the right to adjust the content of the Subscription Services (such as adding or optimizing effect templates) according to operational needs, but we will not reduce the core value‑added functions without reason. If we make major adjustments to the services, we will notify you in advance.
8.3 Any disputes or losses arising from the payment process (such as deduction errors, payment failures) shall be resolved through you and the app store's official customer service. We will cooperate with you to provide relevant proof materials, but we shall not be directly liable for such disputes.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to adapt to changes in laws, regulations, or the content of Subscription Services. When we make updates, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement and notify you through in‑app prompts. The updated Agreement will take effect immediately upon being posted. If you continue to use the Subscription Services after the update, it shall be deemed that you have accepted the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the App developer is located. Any disputes arising from the performance of this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction over the location of the App developer.
